Timothy Burton Gurganious (Timmy), 45, unexpectedly passed away on August 22, 2026, at his home in Sidney, MT.

Timothy was born December 18, 1980, in Clewiston, Florida. His parents are Linda and Mike Morgan (Florida) and Ernie Gurganious (Colorado). Tim’s childhood and teen years included hunting, fishing, and swamp buggies. He liked being in the woods with his buddies and uncles. Family was instilled in him at a very young age, and he carried that throughout his life.

Tim left Florida at 20 and made it to Colorado where he started his truck driving career. He was an over the road truck driver with his brother Mike. During this time, he met his first love Teresa Blair. They were married in Las Vegas surrounded by family. They settled down in Colorado until her passing.

Tim moved to Montana/ North Dakota to work in the oilfield, moving rigs and heavy haul. In September 2005 he met the second love of his life Cheryl Stewart. They were married on May 30, 2013. All together they spent 20 of the best years of their lives together. Making forever friends, Family, and the best memories when they were together.

Tim had the best laugh, the biggest heart, and lived life to the fullest. He loved his children, nieces and nephews, stepchildren, grandkids, great-grandson and his huge family with all his heart. He loved to see their posts and social media and of course we can’t forget about his pets.

Tim is survived by his wife; Cheryl Gurganious, son; Scott Melland, daughter; Chantel Stewart, 7 grandchildren; Chance, Shayna, Branden, Andrew, Hailey, Danny and Adelyn. His bonus granddaughter; Kai Guiterrez and great grandson; Theo, his parents; Linda and Mike Morgan, two brothers; Mike Gurganious and Robert Morgan, two sisters; Tierney Walker and Rebecca Brady, all his nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.

Tim was preceded in death by his first wife; Teresa Gurganious, brother; Micheal Morgan II, his grandparents; Siegler and Leola Norton and Ernie and Patricia Gurganious, and his three uncles; Walt Norton, Nathan Norton and Chuck Gurganious.

Tim will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
