A Memorial Service for Doug will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Watford City, ND, with Pastor Rob Favorite officiating.

Military Honors will be presented by the Carl E Rogen Post 29 from Watford City, ND, and representatives from the US Army Funeral Honors Team.

Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Watford City, ND, is assisting the family.

My sympathy goes out to his family and friends, mom passed away in 2024 I'd bring Carmel rolls and make sure he got one or 2 he was always happy to see me
