After fighting cancer valiantly for two long years, Chad Anderson, 35, of Sidney, Montana entered the Gates of Heaven on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Sidney Health Center in Sidney, MT with family by his side. Chad’s courageous spirit inspired countless lives despite his cancer.
Chad was born July 8, 1989, in Sidney, Montana to Monica MacGrady. He joined two older sisters, Kayle and Kristina – and promptly became the biggest troublemaker of the three. He spent most of his life in Sidney, briefly venturing on other adventures before returning home to stay.
Chad cherished days spent kayaking on the water, with his wife Raeyn and their fur babies. Time with his loved ones was invaluable to him. As a free-spirited and independent individual, Chad appreciated the quiet life, treasuring his solitude and seclusion.
Chad is lovingly remembered by his wife Raeyn Alicia, children Isabelle Marie, Hayden John, and Lakken Mykel; mother Monica MacGrady (Terry); siblings Kayle Anderson (Dylan) and Kristina (Zach) Neubauer; grandparents Judy and Mike Wood and Bernice Anderson; nieces and nephews Mariah (Harper), Sophie, Lily, Kynsley, Parker, Huxley, Atlis, and Salem; aunts and uncles Stacey (Arnie) Thiel, Jamie (Carlos) Wood, Mike Anderson, Kim (Drew) Cundiff, and Jeremy Manke; in laws Kevin (Alicia) Cole, Destin (Jeremiah), Cameron (Victoria), and Jarren (Kerena); and many beloved cousins, family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad Tracy Becker and grandfather David Anderson.
