We are here today to honor the life of Blaze Televithon Fragoza, who was born on May 27, 2005, to Tiffanie and Greg Fragoza. Blaze was a loving brother and uncle, known for his caring nature and his sense of fun. He had a deep bond with his little brother Justin, and the two of them shared countless moments together, from wrestling and joking around to simply being there for each other.

Blaze’s love for his brother was unwavering, and he was always ready to offer his support whenever Justin needed him. One of Blaze’s greatest joys was spending time with his dad, discovering new music during their visits together. He was a unique blend of humor, stubbornness, and hard work, with a heart bigger than many realized. He deeply loved his parents and had a special way of lighting up any room with his jokes and vibrant personality. Blaze was the kind of person you could turn to in difficult moments, offering comfort and laughter when it was needed most.

Among those who had a profound impact on his life, Blaze was especially grateful to his Aunt Marie and Papa Eldon for the love and support they gave him.

Blaze is preceded in death by his grandparents: Terry Sorenson, Venancio Fragoza, and Hope Fragoza.

He is survived by his parents, Tiffanie Fragoza and Gregorio Fragoza (Stacie); siblings Leah Fragoza, Shelby Grammond, Ivy Grammond, and Justin Fragoza; his nephew Ozias Fragoza; and many cousins who loved him dearly
