Michael Watterud, 69, of Wildrose, ND passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at his home in Wildrose, ND.

Michael was born on November 16, 1955 in Powers Lake, North Dakota to Marlyn and Arlis (Skarphol) Watterud.

Michael is survived by his son, Christian Watterud of Wildrose, ND; mother, Arlis Watterud of Stanley, ND; sisters, Debra (Darrell) Stegman of Great Falls, MT, and Tamara (Scott) Sem of Ambrose, ND; brothers, Robert (Jill) Watterud of McGregor, ND and David (Ann) Watterud of Columbus, ND. Many nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marlyn Watterud and his grandparents.
