Martin “Marty” Gailey, 62, of Williston, North Dakota, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 5th, 2025. He was born on June 28th, 1962 in Minnesota. Marty was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many.

Marty is survived by his wife, Jenifer Mortenson of 25 years; children, Kareana Tillotson (Russell Barker), Becca Mitchell, Miles (Heather) Morgan; 15 grandchildren whom he cherished greatly.

Marty graduated from Puyallup High School in Puyallup, Washington, and went on to serve proudly in the United States Coast Guard. He spent the majority of his career as a truck driver, most recently with Wolla Trucking. Marty had a deep love for the open road and was known for his hard work, dedication, and kind-hearted nature.

He moved to Williston, North Dakota, 16 years ago, where he made many lasting friendships and became an integral part of the community. Marty’s legacy of love, service, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Rest in Peace, Marty. You will be missed more than words can say.
