Allen Adams was a nice man. I have fond memories of growing up with him in Hamburg, Arkansas, where his sister Lisa was in my grade. Allen always had a smile and a laugh wherever we were. He was a joy to be around and he will be missed.

I found out earlier today that Allen had passed and was saddened.

Allen and I shared many experiences in our youth in Hamburg. Cub Scouts, band, football, deer camp w Queeny (his dog), etc. There are many stories I could share....

Allen was always a loyal friend with a great sense of humor!

Even though I hadn't seen Allen in 30 years or so I know that if I needed something I could ask him and he would be up to the task. He was that kind of friend. And, I suspect he was that kind of man with his family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family for their loss.
