Kevin Fougner 63, of Williston, ND, passed away at his residence at Blacktail Dam, Williston, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Williston is assisting the family. Friends may sign the register and give their condolences at www.fulkersons.com

Kevin Jay Fougner Age 63, son of Margaret (Peggy) Fougner Stenson and John Fougner died October 17, 2022. Kevin was born in Williston, ND on April 18, 1959 at Good Samaritan Hospital.

He attended Lewis & Clark grade school, Williston Jr High and Sr High School.

Kevin then attended Bismarck Jr College focusing on the electrical lineman program. He worked as an apprentice lineman in Florida before returning to Williston in 1984, where he worked on the oil rigs.

He spent recent years living at Blacktail Dam enjoying fishing, and collecting arrowheads.

Kevin is survived by sisters, Debra Pankow and Jan Tucker; brother, Jon (Tina) Fougner; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; older brother, Michael.
