Elizabeth A. Loomer (Wold), 60, of Watford City
Liz was born and raised in Watford City, ND. She grew up on the Wold family farm, this is where her love for animals began. In her school years she enjoyed 4H and her animals on the farm.
After graduating high school, she enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. She met her husband Olaf Loomer in her thirties and had three children: Tiana, Cole, and Tara.
She enjoyed spending her time out at the lake fishing and on the road in the family motorhome traveling with her husband and children. When she wasn’t traveling Liz loved to read, garden, can goods and watch her western shows, even if she had watched them a million times before.
She also loved her seven grandchildren, Levi, Melanie, Lucas Loomer (Cole and Melissa Loomer), Wyatt Jolly (Tara Loomer), and Gaborik, Kai, Ryker Wesch (Tiana and Gary Wesch). She always had cookies or fresh baked goods for them when they came to visit. Liz was a loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. She will be missed greatly.
Elizabeth was born in Watford City. ND to Edith and Harold Wold on December 4th, 1960. She passed away Friday October 29th, 2021 at the McKenzie County Hospital. She is survived by her husband- Olaf Loomer, and her children; Tiana Wesch- her husband Gary Wesch and their children Gaborik, Kai and Ryker; Cole Loomer- his wife Melissa Loomer, and their children Levi, Melanie, and Lucas; Tara Loomer and her son Wyatt.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 1:00 to 6:00 pm at Fulkerson-Stevenson Funeral Home Watford City. Funeral services will be Friday, November 5, 2021 at 11:00 am at the First Lutheran Church 212 2nd Street, NW Watford City. Pastor Paul Balaban will be officiating.

Ole, Tiana, Tara and Cole,
So sorry to hear of Liz’s passing. We remember her as a very hard worker before she injured her back. She really knew how to grow a garden and had some beautiful gardens. She’ll be missed. Sending our deepest condolences.
