It Is Our Privilege And Purpose To Serve You
Fred T. Johnson
November 17, 1948 - January 22, 2021

Place of Birth: Stanley, North Dakota
Residence: Stanley, North Dakota
Age: 72

Fred T. Johnson was born on November 17, 1948 to Milford and Myrtle Johnson in Stanley, North Dakota. Graduating from Stanley High School in 1966, Fred attended Minot State University until he found his real passion in life: cars. During his early years, Fred also met and married Arlene Erie on November 22nd 1974. They raised their family in the hometown of Stanley while he worked at Motor Service Company until their closing in 2006. Fred was known to be tackling many masonry projects until he started to work at Gooseneck Implement until his retirement.

Anyone who knew Fred knew that he was a very busy man of many talents. Throughout his whole life he could be seen working on many different projects varying from building guns, helping with rodeos, and assisting with the bowling alley. He was very competitive and loved to play in the local billiards leagues. One of Fred’s soft spots was family gatherings ranging from the 4th of July to his favorite, Christmas. If anyone ever needed help tilling their garden or moving snow in the winter, Fred was more than willing to lend a hand in his tractor. That tractor was his pride and joy in life so he tried to show it off whenever he could. Fred will always be remembered for his hard work and his willingness to lend a hand to whoever needed one. His witty jokes and heart-warming smile will be never be forgotten.

Fred is survived by his wife, Arlene; daughters, Chelsey Waswick of Minot, ND and Stephanie (David) Enander of Stanley, ND; his grandchildren, Veronica, Daphne, Bethany, Mara and Dean; brother, Dennis (Ramona) Johnson of Williston, ND, and sisters, Connie (Larry) Faucett of Pretty Prairie, KS, Jo (Jay) Davis of Hutchinson, KS: as well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Milford and Myrtle Johnson; and sister, Malonie Johnson.
