Ashton Clark Gillming Stovern
November 14, 1995 - July 28, 2020

Place of Birth: Chadron, NE
Residence: Sidney, MT
Age: 24

Ashton Clark (Gillming) Stovern came into this world to leave his mark on November 14, 1995 in Chadron, Nebraska. He left this world on July 28, 2020 but not before he put his footprints on this earth. Ashton grew up in small town life from Nebraska to Montana and loved everything about it. He loved hanging out with his cousins & friends in both Sidney, MT and his occasional trips to Nebraska. He loved being out at the ranch with his horse Outlaw. He was so excited to be driving truck again and even more ready for beet season to start. Ashton’s personality always gave the right amount of spice. He always entered his parents home with a “Honey I’m home, what are we watching now”, and never left without throwing one of his sassy I love you’s at his dad. When Ashton wasn’t trucking or working with his horse, he surrounded himself with family and friends who were as close as family. He loved coyote “yote” hunting with his brother, riding and roping, and annoying his dad and siblings. His mother was his “ride or die”, she was his rock. Ashton leaves behind his parents Michelle & Rob Stovern, sister Shelby Stovern & Brooke Danielson, niece Sophia (Phia), brother Brok Stovern & Jaden Davies, nephew Greyson Stovern, special friends Amanda Berger, Sandra Goulette, his bud Ryan Buckles, Matt McKinney, Madison Gordy all of Sidney, MT, and Danielle Nicole of NE. He also leaves behind grandparents Jim & Terri Stovern of Wolf Point and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Ashton is preceded in death by his grandparents Dale & Patricia Gillming, cousins Jason Olbricht, Travis Olbricht, and mentor Rocky Norby.
“Ashton, you are so loved and will be missed by so many”, mom. “You put your footprints on this earth and made your mark”, Brok. We love you, Fly High!

I wish I could have known you better with all the love and memories I see flooding facebook I can for sure tell that there wasn't a single person that you even met for once second that you didn't leave a mark on. You have so many people that love and miss you. Everyday when I see a sunset or sunrise you pop in my head. I may have not known you very well but I wish I had. I will always be here for your family if they need any help. Rest in peace now and keep an eye on your family!

Oh little Ashton, you are going to be so missed at the scale! You were such a good kid, everyone liked you. I never had any problems with Rocky’s drivers
and you were certainly one of the quiet ones for sure. Rest In Peace kiddo and keep an eye out for your little nephew! Love you Ashton, Sharon
