It Is Our Privilege And Purpose To Serve You
Raymond Russell Pressnall
July 22, 1965 - February 22, 2020

Place of Birth: Tioga, North Dakota
Residence: Tioga, North Dakota
Age: 54

Raymond (Ray) Russell Pressnall was born July 22, 1965 in Tioga, ND to Max and Emily (Moe) Pressnall. He passed away peacefully Saturday February 22, 2020 at Trinity Hospital in Minot, ND at 54 years old. Ray passed with family and friends by his side just minutes after being baptized.

Ray spent the majority of his life in Tioga. His childhood and teen years were spent roaming the streets of Tioga with his cousins and many friends by his side, usually with a fishing pole in hand. He graduated from Tioga High School in 1983. After high school, he attended college at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton and Minot State University to pursue a degree in business and technology. After college he returned back to Tioga where he lived out the rest of his life.

Ray loved fishing, politics, playing pool, traveling and the New England Patriots. He was able to travel to several professional football games with family and friends. Ray also spent many days shore fishing for the infamous 20 pound northern he persistently chased. If you ever ran into Ray, you could guarantee that at least one of these things were talked about. He lived for his family. The presence of young children gave him great joy. In the presence of those he loved, he had a smile, a smart comment and a story to tell. His dog, Kita had a special place in his heart as well.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, (Raymond and Verna Pressnall & Russell and Annie Moe); his uncle, Skip; aunt, Darlene; numerous cousins and friends.

Ray is survived by his parents, Max and Emily; his brother, Richard; sister, Clara (JD) Moore; nieces, Kelcey (Adam) Lee, Brenna (Justin) Johnson, Erin (Michael) Guritz and Kendra (Aaron) Pressnall, Chazlynn Brey; nephews, Myles Pressnall and Colton Moore; numerous great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

My sweet Emmy, Max and family, my heart aches for you and your loss. I have no words to ease your pain, no hug to replace Raymonds, in truth I have only my prayers, my most sincere sympathies, and my heartfelt admiration for what your strength and love of family, life, and kindness you instill all who know you. Know God has a very special Angel that He shared with us for a short time. My biggest hug to my sweet Emmy, I love you ! Stay strong my friend.
