Kathleen Marie Yellow Wolf was born on May 10, 1958 with her twin sister, Katherine Joyce in Dickinson, ND. She grew up and attended schools in Mandaree and graduated from Mandaree High School in 1976. After graduation Kathleen attended SIPI in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she met her husband, Gerald Charles. They were united in marriage on July 3, 1980. To this union was born a daughter, Thelma. After the marriage they moved to Aberdeen, WA, where she worked at several hotels cleaning rooms and was a house wife.
She loved to listen to Pow-wow music, old country music (Ernest Tubbs) and Kathleen loved coming home for the Mandaree Pow-wow.
Kathleen passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, in Vancouver, WA.
Surviving her are: her daughter, Thelma; grandchildren, Lloyd, Katalina, Gabriella, Rocio, and Luis; siblings, Martha Bird Bear (Fritz), Mary Gachupin, Victoria Tarrant (Sam), Joan Church (Kenny), and Les Yellow Wolf (Sharissa)
She was preceded in death by: her parents, John and Thelma Yellow Wolf; her siblings, Bert, Tony, Raymond, Frances, Delphine, Veronica and her twin sister, Katherine.
