It Is Our Privilege And Purpose To Serve You
Nancy Jo (Tyler) Brew
October 5, 1954 - September 14, 2021

Place of Birth: Millerton, Oklahoma
Residence: Watford City, ND
Age: 66

Was born October 5th, 1954 in Millerton OK, to George W. Tyler and Mary Alice Tyler. She was the youngest of 4 children. She peacefully returned home to Our Father in Heaven on September 14, 2021.

Nancy spent her youth years in Oklahoma until the family relocated to Hill City Sd. She married her high school sweetheart Terry June of 1972. They had 2 children Stephanie and Timothy. Nancy was widowed tragically in 1977. She met Dan Brew while in Hill City and in May of 1978 they were married in Watford City ND. They had 3 more children together Nadine, Tammy, and Jason.

Nancy’s Children were her life. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for her kids. She traveled everywhere around the state to be that sport mom and watch her kids enjoy playing. She was at basketball games for Stephanie and Nadine, wrestling for Tim, Tammy’s and Jason’s Hockey games even though she didn’t understand the sport??. She was her children’s number 1 Fan.

Nancy love to be hands on. If it wasn’t gardening or planting flowers, she was crafting. She loved to make homemade gifts for everyone. I mean what family member that knew her didn’t get a checkers board, blanket, candle or some sort of craft from her.
She loved being a part of the First Presbyterian church, there she met her life long best friend Becki Zinne. There they shared a passion for the church setting up the decorations for the holidays and events, especially the long hours spent setting up for Christmas.

She also had a very close relationship with Her sister-in-law Jeanne. They were close friends before they became family. Their friendship grew stronger in the later years of life after the passing of Nancy’s sister Linda and Jeannie’s Husband Rudy (Nancy’s brother). She cherished the time and memories spent with her.

Nancy’s highlight in life came in her later years with the arrival of each of her 10 Grandchildren she was finally (Granny).

Nancy Is survived by her 5 Children: Stephanie (John) Blegen Keene ND, Timothy Allgier Watford City ND, Nadine (Devon) Brew Mandan ND, Tammy (David) Maertens Watford City ND, Jason (Brittani) Brew Watford City ND. 10 Grandchildren: Rayna, John Jr, Lily, London, Sierra, Gage, Emma, Zakk, Camden, and Maverick.
Nancy is survived by her sister-in-law Jeanne (Tyler) Pashby of Rapid City Sd and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her first husband Terry, her sisters’ Suzie and Linda, her brother Rudy, and both her parents.
