It Is Our Privilege And Purpose To Serve You
Tammy Kay Deck
November 21, 1963 - January 15, 2020

Residence: Blaisdell, North Dakota

Tammy Kay Deck, 56, lost her battle with cancer and went home to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. East Tennessee was her home where she was born and raised.

Tammy was born the daughter of Bert Leo Beeler and Jo Ann (Chamberlain) Beeler in Knoxville, TN on November 21, 1963. She received her education at Gibbs High School in Gibbs, Tennessee in 1993 and furthered her education earning an Automated Accounting certification. She met Jerel Deck while working in Luttrell, TN. They quickly fell in love and united in marriage. Tammy and Jerel spent much of their lives together in their home in Washburn, Tennessee. They later ventured to Stanley, ND for job opportunities. They made their home in Stanley then found a home in Blaisdell, ND. It was always Tammy and Jerel’s goal to get back home to Tennessee.

Her passions included spending time with family, any outdoors event, especially camping and fishing. She enjoyed going to the Outer Banks in North Carolina and loved the mountains of Tennessee. Tammy is known to many as a fashionista. She loved fashion! She has the most elegant collection of boots, not all of which Jerel knew about. Being in her camper with her husband and dogs (her babies) on the road, living “free” kept her smiling. Tammy was always ready to help her friends and to share what she had with them. If Tammy called you a friend, she meant it. She would give you her last dollar if that was what you needed. If she couldn’t give you everything you needed she would search far and wide to help. To be a friend of Tammy’s meant more than just that…you were family. She will be dearly missed and will always be loved by all those that knew her.

Tammy is survived by her husband of thirty-four years, Jerel Lynn Deck of Washburn, TN; two sons, Eric Deck and Scotty McPherson of Stanley, ND; nephew, Tim (Timothy) Beeler; three brothers, Denny Beeler, Bert Beeler, Jr. and Jason Beeler; sister, Doris (Beeler) and Charlie Tharp; two grandchildren, Destiny Deck and Justyse Deck of Maynardville, Tennessee and many other loved nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Janice (Beeler) England and brother, Timothy Beeler.
