Manuel Maldonado, 67 passed away unexpectedly on December 4th, 2019 at his home in Sidney, MT. He was born May 20th 1952 in Greeley, CO and adopted on March 19th 1959 by Manuel Sr. and Mary Maldonado.
Manuel attended school in Sidney. He went on to Job Corp in Missoula majoring in Welding. When he returned to Sidney he worked for several farmers and seismograph companies that would come into the area.
In 1975 he met Carla Madsen and they had a son Eric in 1976. He moved to Glendive to work for Crisafulli Pump. Later in 1985 their daughter Desirae came along. He once again returned to Sidney and worked at Holly Sugar, Sidney Livestock and various farmers and seismograph companies.
Manuel loved his family and friends to no end. He enjoyed watching Wrestling in his spare time and also rooting for the Pittsburg Steelers. You would always see “Manny” with a smile on his face and was always a kid at heart. Ninja Turtles and the Lion King kept him young.
Manuel is survived by son Eric Madsen(Wendy Webb) of Moore, OK, daughter Desirae Paul(Josh Paul) Litchfield, MN. 5 grandkids (Morgan Madsen-Blanchard, OK, Ryan and Shea Madsen-Casper, WY, Raya Winter and Cadyn Webb-Moore, OK. One brother Carlos Maldonado-Helena, MT and one Sister Mickey Maldonado-Billings, MT.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, Sister Myna Maldonado, mother and father in-law(Violet & Elver Madsen), Brother in law(Bruce Madsen)

Manuel was a good friend. Fun to be around. Im sorry i wasn't there to visit you when i said i would be. Im glad i got to know you and talk to you one last time. I love you like you were family. Im gonna miss you terribly.

Rest In Peace Manuel. Always enjoyed seeing your smile when you returned to the sugar factory for the campaign. We shared quite a few laughs that brighten our day.
