I'm so sad to hear of Margaret's passing. She was so full of history and knowledge of Montana. She was a dear friend to me and rented her house across the street from her home. I remember when I went to her home we would visit and laugh about the old days and how she knew my family and teaching my older brother Phillip in school and his beautiful penmanship. I visited her a few times in the nursing home but she didn't remember me but she will always hold a special place in my heart for her and her husband being so good to me. My deepest condolences to all the family and lots of love and prayers for peace and comfort. She's now with her beloved husband. I will always be grateful for her friendship and love!

My condolences to the Seitz family. As I reflect on growing up with the Seitz kids, I remember Margaret substitute teaching in my junior high classes. As an adult, I think back to that time (late 60s), with so much respect for Margaret who agreed to teach us, all after getting her five children off to school. She didn't have to do this, but she chose it. She was dedicated to children.
I am glad Margaret was able to live a long life shared with her children and grands.

What a beautiful tribute to Margaret. So enjoyed reading her life story. Margaret always opened her home to the 9th ave renegades which I was blessed to have been a part of. Always will have a special place in my heart.

Margaret was one of the kindest people I know. My favorite memory was delivering Christmas cookies to her at her house with Lexi. We would talk forever and of course her favorite topic was her family. We found out what everyone was doing. She was so proud of her family! I knew she was amazing woman; but reading her obituary confirmed it. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Cherish your memories.
