You know you meet people in your life that you just keep close to your heart because that’s where they go. She was one of the most amazing women have ever in my life met. I know she’s up there dancing in heaven with her love of her life. She’s not lonely anymore. God bless the whole family because this is truly a loss.

I am very sad to learn that JoAnne has passed away. Make no mistake. She was the Garmann pillar that supported their family. I always enjoyed seeing her drive her burgundy Lincoln around town. I sold Dale that car back in the day and he bought that car for his Bride. I will never forget it! There is so much to say about Dale and JoAnne Garmann but knowing this community has lost very special people! I am praying comfort and peace to their family at this time. No one works harder than a Garmann!

We’re so sorry for your loss. Joanne was a huge help to us with child care shortly after we moved to Watford City to start up our business. She and Dale treated April like family. Our thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
Wishing you peace,
Dave and Autumn Spletto
