I was very sad to hear from my cousin Kate that my cousin Bobby had passed. We were the Canadian side of Bobby’s mom Phyllis, who was my dad Bob’s sister. Our families often visited each other-they would come up to Saskatchewan, and we would travel down to Montana.

For me, it was always a highlight of the year when our families came together. Since Bobby and I were the same age, we especially enjoyed spending that time together. Just a few years ago, my wife Virginia and I were at our family reunion in Montana, and it was such a joy to see Bobby again.

We are sending our heartfelt sympathies to all the family and to everyone who loved Bobby.
