I had the privilege of serving with Richard for a number of years on the Garrison board. He was a wonderful gentleman and extremely well liked. Condolences to the family.

Richard's leadership will be missed. Besides being well aware of how well he served Fairview on the school board I also got to see Richard's leadership skills better when he was on the Upper Missouri District Health Unit board during the oil boom. That was a difficult time with many growing pains. I will always appreciate his support.

My condolences to the family . Richard was the best as a classmate and Fairview member. I didn't know Richard was sick. I've been gone so long from Fairview, but got to know Marcie his daughter. Hugs to you Marcie.
Again my condolences to all.

I was blessed with knowing Richard in Hogh School. He was always so much fun to be around and I remember him keeping band class lively. He was my date to the Prom in 1966. I was so proud of him he adopted my sister’s kids after they married. He will be missed.

Marci, Tana, Tony: I'm so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I have a million wonderful memories of my time with him and your mom. He continued to be a good friend long after I left Fairview. I have a medical procedure the day of the funeral and unfortunately cannot reschedule it. I hope the 3 of you are doing well in your lives ... hugs to all. ~Warren
