We are saddened by the passing of our neighbor, Olga. Both she and Dennis welcomed us into the neighborhood years ago. They befriended my mother at senior citizens and the church. We experienced their quiet, caring helpfulness on many occasions.
Last Monday I visited a bit with Olga in her room. She was to have a bath, eat some lunch, and take pills, but said she simply wanted to go home.
