Rest in peace Auntie. My deepest sympathy to the family. I lost touch many years ago, but we meet one day at the senior center in New Town and every once in awhile she came into Wolf's Trading Post, it seemed like time hadn't past, we got to visit and catch up on our lives. I remember as young kids we used to go up to Williston and spend a week during the summer. Went to the outdoor movies and many other places. Always a great smile and warm hugs, may your pain be gone and may you dance in the sky. Love Rachie

When Betty entered a room she brought laughter, love, and a hint of mischief. She would come to quilting between nine fifteen and nine thirty and the fun would begin. We teased her about her many different cars. We thought she had Oscar, her car dealer, on speed dial.
Betty gained her angel wings on my mom's birthday. I think the two of them are together having a cup of coffee and giggling.
The last time I saw her, she gave me a hug and said I love you. I will cherish that hug forever.
Betty, you will be missed and forever remembered as a blessing.

Betty was a member of our produce co-op. She was a delightful person, always upbeat. We are thinking of her husband David and her family during this difficult time. May God bless and comfort you all.

Oh my dear Betty! I’ve know Betty all my life but got to know her as “an adult” when I started quilting at the church. I knew I was never late if I made it before she got there! We talked a lot about her children whom she loved very much. We had a lot in common being my mom and dad had adopted 2 kids of their own. She reminded me so very much of my mom and I had such a feeling of love and comfort when I was around her, she had the best hugs and always an “I love you”
When we’d part ways. Like Joanne said, our quilting room will never be the same. Her wit and wisdom will be missed by us all, rest in peace my dear friend! Until we meet again!
I love you!
