Condolences to your family. Boyd and I were co-captains of the 1953 Fairview Basketball and Track teams. We went to the Montana State Track Meet at the University of Montana, Missoula. I won Gold in the mile, beating 85 other runners, and planed in the 880 and 440. As I recall Boyd won Gold in the low hurdles and placed in the javlin and discus. We won in the State Track Meet!! Headlines in the newspaper the next morning. "Two guys from a Town on the East end of Montana that nobody ever heard of win the State Track Meet." We did it!! Rest in Peace My High School Friend. Shirley and Family... Thoughts and prayers going your way. Boyd was a fine hardworking person. I remember all the branding down at the ranch and and the short visits when happening to see during those farming days. My condolences.

My sympathies to you and the families. Always looked for your place on the ride to Sidney even when home after college and marriage. It was well kept.
