We will always remember Brother Howard as the sharp looking gentleman in the cowboy hat and boots. From the time we met him in church, he has always made us smile. We are saddened for this loss but happy for he has run the race and made it to the finish line. Until we meet again, on the other side of the river.

With sadness we say Good Bye to Howard. We been missing him at our family gatherings since he went into Bethel. He was so mellow and friendly to be with. Always a happy positive attitude. He loved his family dearly! You are missed Howard!

Julie, Cindy, Wade (and families). Condolences to you on the loss of Howard. As a child I remember your family from attending the Nazarene church in Sidney and living across the street from the Riggs family. He was always so joyful and fun. We lost our dear mother in January. It's so difficult, but so thankful for the memories! May memories and God's promises be your comfort now and in the days to come.
