Oh Bill, I was so looking forward to your laugh at our 55th high school reunion this summer. I can hear you telling the “falling through the hole in the floor” story in my head now. You were a very good friend and will be missed by everyone near and dear to you.

Amy and family, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. My heart goes out to you all.
Amy, I remember your dad taking us out to a “fancy” dinner, way back when and I said, “Oh, wow your dad is GOOD Looking”! and you gave me heck. I only met him that one time but I think that’s all anyone needed to realize he was one in a million. Hugs friend

The service was very nice. I’m so sorry I didn’t get to hear the “stories”. Who could have more funny stories than Billy Oxner? Condolences to all of you who were a part of his life.

I had the great fortune to be Bill's freshman roommate at SDSU (Brown Hall) in 1968-69. I could not have hoped for a better roommate. Bill had great sense of humor, but was open to a serious conversations too. Everyone new Bill, and everyone loved him. I know you will all miss him greatly -- but I do hope your wonderful memories of him will comfort you. My sincere sympathies, Doug Hajek
