My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Barb. My children went to school with Barb's children, and her children "grew up" with VFW activities, and picnics at Richland Park, as did mine. I will never forget Barb giving my daughter a pair of ice skates when she was very young.

Barb was very active in the VFW Auxiliary from the time she joined in 1971 until the family moved in 1990. She served as secretary for 6 years and was the jr vice one year. She just recently rejoined as a life member.

Barbara was one of the best cooks! Chicken fried steak...steak....breakfast! She is the aunt to my husband but called me a few months ago and said "this is your Aunt Barbara, too". I know she will be missed but she is with Dale, catching him up on the happenings! Love all of you! Denise
