A lot of fond memories as Lakes were our neighbors south of town. Any time we needed help between home and Lambert, Lakes were the rescue stop. Also enjoyed Bud’s term as a school bus driver, and watching his kids in sports.. Later their cafe was the usual stop when we were in Sidney. God Bless

Fred, Steve, Ira, Jeremy & families, I am sorry about your loss. It is hard to lose a parent no matter what age we are. Your Dad was our bus driver for years and a good one at that! My parents would gift him a pair of gloves at Christmas time and I wonder how many of those he collected over the years... Thoughts and prayers to you all

My deepest condolences to the family and many friends of Martin and Marilyn. It has been many years since I lived in Sidney but remember the M&M cafe well, they both worked hard and had a very good business, always had good food and was the place to eat.
