Mike's family and friends, so sorry to hear of Mike's passing from this world but so happy for him to now be with his Savior where there are no more tears and time doesn't matter anymore. Mike sure had a deep love for the Lord, you could see it in his eyes.

Dear Callahan family, Please accept our sincere condolences in the passing of Pastor Mike. Many of our members belonged to the Lucky Mound and Parshall Evangelical Churches. We felt his unwavering faith each time he came to share a noon meal with us on Wednesdays. He came whenever his schedule allowed. Most of all he was interested in our small group of seniors.

My sincere condolences to Pastor Mike Callahan's family. I only knew him a short time - meeting at his colloquy at Ascension Lutheran in Waterloo, IA. Since then, we visited together at convention and shared greetings for holidays. I am deeply saddened by his passing.

I've only known Michael a few years through the Pastor's Conferences of the AALC. I always admired his devotion to serving Christ and his Church. He has always been a cheerleader to his brothers in the ministry. He was still young at heart. He was only 8 mos older than me, but I felt we were kindred spirits. My condolences to his family and his congregations in Parshall

Grace & Peace... Mike and I graduated seminary together. I will surely miss his optimism. Eph. 5:13-14 But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light.

I just learned of Mike's passing tonight. I met him at the gym in Williston and we used to have lunch together. He was a lineman at the time but always talked about his desire to be in the ministry. What great talks we had. I KNOW he is inheaven with or Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Looking forward to seeing him in the blink of an eye!
