Don was a sweet caring man..I will truly miss him..italked to Don alot and am a close friend to Georgia for years..I will miss you funny sence of humor and story's...RIP my friend..

I was shocked to see of Don's passing. I remember him from the time my brother and I were little kids and my folks knew him through Nels and 710. He was always so kind and happy-go-lucky. We were lucky enough to be recipients of several of his woodworking creations. One of them is a beautiful santa sleigh that i always set out when decorating for Christmas. I will think of him every year when I do so now. Don was a humble, giving and gentle human and I'm glad i was able to know him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I met Don when we moved to Billings when I was in 2nd grade. I was friends with his daughter, Sherry! Then I worked at IGA where he worked too. I lost track of him after he moved to Sidney. Sherry and I got re-aquatinted again s few years ago. I do have one of the wooden pens he crafted!

Oh Don my friend we will miss you. He made a doll bed & bench for me & used to bring beautiful homemade pens to our office for us. He was one of the most humble sweet men we ever knew.
