Dear Lyle, Eric, Paul, Tina, Sara, and Families,
I was so very sorry to hear of your loss. Connie was one of the kindest, nicest, sweetest ladies I’ve ever known. I am happy for Connie that she is now with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. But my heart grieves deeply for your loss of wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
May God give you comfort, peace, and strength each day one day at a time (sometimes one minute or one second at a time). Please know that I am praying for you. Sincerely, Dorita Yadon

On one of our many family visits. This was approx. 2013.
I find it hard to fathom that Connie won't be there the next time we visit, with her welcoming smile, big hug and fabulous cooking. I miss her already. Our joy is in knowing that she has been welcomed by our loving heavenly Father and we'll be reunited one day. My love and hugs to Lyle, Eric, Paul, Tina and Sara and your families; and to all of us who were privileged to know & be known by Connie.

Hi Cousin Lyle. I sorry for your loss and just a note so you know I'm thinking of you and the entire family there.
Was just thinking how much Mom loved talking to Connie when I would call back there on her behalf. Crazy about Connie she was.

Lyle & family - our deepest sympathy to all of you in your loss but we also rejoice with you in the memories this lady’s wonderful life has given us. I remember the delicious chicken dish she prepared for the FSA crew the day we made our Fairview tour - and use the recipe to this day. She nourished everyone, body and soul!

The prefix re means again
and when

Connie sewed quilts
She rebuilt

If it was your wish
your sewing machine she would refurbish

and in the Spring she knew
seeds in the ground her garden would renew

reused feathers became part
of handcrafted beautiful art

She knew that her redeemer lives
and all the comfort He gives

re means again
