I worked with Lacy the past 12 years. She was one of the kindest people I have ever met. I will surely miss our conversations about her two nieces. She was so fond of them and always enjoyed coming to Bismarck for staff meetings so she could spend time with them. Lacy had a tremendous impact on all who got to know her. I will miss her with all my heart. May she rest in peace.

Terri & Lindy

Sometimes words fail me and this is one of those times. I’ve only had the pleasure of meeting Lacy recently but Lord, she had a smile that one would expect from an angel..

And now she is one.

Forget the pain and sadness and remember the smiles, the laughter, and the good times. For those were the gifts that Lacy gave us.

I bid you peace.

Lindy, Terri, Melissa and families: I'm so sorry to hear of Lacy's passing. Kathy called me to let me know. So much devastating loss in my old Round Prairie/West Prairie neighborhood since I left. I believe Lacy was 5 when I left the neighborhood. After seeing prayer requests through the West Prairie messages, I have inquired via the Alaethia Singers about her over the years. I was so sorry to receive Kathy's message on Wednesday. I pray for God to surround you with his comforting arms. How grateful I am, knowing you will see her again. God always gives us Hope. My prayers and sympathies.

To all of Lacy's family,
She was the kindest soul when I had first moved to Bismarck to work for Disease Control and I enjoyed every moment we got together. She knew how much i loved Eric Carle and got made my daughter the cutest hungry caterpillar hat and even found a 1st birthday hungry caterpillar onesie! We will always hold those photos so dear and know that such a thoughtful woman gave those to our daughter, which we saved and used for our next and put away for their children someday. Her support of Dave and his colleagues which included my husband was just one more thing to love about her. She will be truly missed by so many.
