He was a very kind and caring person, who was always ready for a game of cards,bingo or rummicube. I will miss his smile and sense of humor. We will all miss him. 11/4/2009 Sue Schmitz Holt (Billings, MT) Ernie will be sorely missed! I always enjoyed his visits when he came to Billings with Dad, Al Schmitz. My last memory of him was seeing him at Crestwood and telling him he looked good. He laughed and said he heard once there were three stages in a mans life: Youth, middle age, and "You're looking good". He said, "I know what stage I'm at!" That's Ernie! Good bye, Friend.
