10/21/2009 Marie Challes (Williston, ND) I was on vacation and was so sad to read that Lila had passed. She was one of my Mary Kay Customers, but I enjoyed our visits so much that I felt like she was so much more. I admired her, because of her outlook on life. She was always up-beat and happy despite the difficulties in her life. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. GOD REST HER SOUL!

10/22/2009 Shirley Watembach Schulte (Golva,, ND) Lila was one of my best friends in High School. We were the 4 Musketeers, Lila, Elizabeth, Dorothy & I. We missed Lila at our 50th & 53rd class reunions. I thought of her often, and Dorothy & I planned to come to visit her again this fall, but both fell and have knee problems. Dorothy needs both knee caps replaced, I will have double knee replcements in Nov. May she rest in peace now after battling MS for so long.

10/28/2009 Julie & Steve Treib (Williston, ND) We were on vacation at the time of the funeral. We pray that you all may find comfort and strength from our Lord Jesus during this time. Lila, was a part of my Women's Tuesday morning Bible Study. We will miss her presence on this earth, but look forward to seeing her in heaven! I always admired her determination to not let MS control her and get her down. Paul, our hearts go out for you, dear son, how she was so thankful that you were able to come home when she needed you. Blessings to all of you, while you travel this difficult road ahead of you. A memorial will be sent to the church. Thank you for sharing her life with so many. We were blessed, too!
