Place of Birth: Crosby, ND

Age: 54

Glennae LeAnn Brenno, 54, of Wahpeton, ND, formerly of Watford City, ND, died at the Sanford Hospital in Fargo on Monday, December 4, 2017 after a two week battle for her life.
Glennae was born on April 8, 1963 in Crosby, ND to Shannon Brenno and Judy (Johnson) Brenno-Dahl. She was baptized in Noonan, ND and confirmed at the Clear Creek Lutheran Church near Keene. Her father died when she was four in an oilfield accident. Roland Dahl later treated her as his own daughter that he never had. Glennae went to grade school at Johnson Corners and graduated from Watford City High School in 1981.
Glennae was united in marriage to Barry Halvorson of Fergus Falls, MN, right out of high school. They had a daughter, Shawna Faye Halvorson-Carter. Later they divorced and she married Raymond Rogness. She moved to Washington and there she worked for REI Company for a number of years. They had a son, Skyler Shannon Rogness. Glennae also helped manage TJ’s family business throughout different times in her life.
In the last few years she lived in Wahpeton with her boyfriend, Frank Allard and his family that cared for Glennae as well. Glennae enjoyed helping with her three grandchildren of Shawna’s, who lived there. They are Kiana, Azaylia, and Xzavier who were the “sunshine” of her day. Glennae also loved camping and fishing in the summer.
She had a very caring attitude and a great sense of humor that we all enjoyed. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. Preceding her in death are her grandparents; aunt, Sharon Thingvold; two uncles, Gary and Bud Melby and by her three brothers, Pat Dahl, Michael Dahl and Todd Dahl.
