Rosella Goldade, 77, of Tioga, ND, passed away after a brief illness at the University Hospital of Colorado in Aurora, CO on Saturday, November 25, 2017. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home in Tioga has been entrusted to assist with arrangements.
Rosella (Ripplinger) Goldade was born April 23, 1940 to Joseph and Walburga (Ebach) Ripplinger in Starkweather, North Dakota.
Rosella married Leonard Goldade on October 20, 1958 in Rugby, North Dakota. They moved to Tioga in October 1966, where she was a stay at home mom to their three children, Wanda, Wade and Wendy.
Her favorite pastimes were quilting, doing search-a-word books, gardening and being with her grandchildren. Rosella was a member of the St. Thomas Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children; daughter, Wanda (Delbert) Bagley and their children, Skyler and Crystal; son, Wade (Chastity) Goldade and their children, Parker and Chloe; and daughter, Wendy Goldade; sisters, Helen Fix, Teresa Gefroh and Agnes Schmacker; brothers, Paul (Linda) Ripplinger and Stephan Ripplinger and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rosella was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard Goldade; Leonard’s mother and father; and grandson, Tanner Bagley.
