The sorrow we feel for your loss cannot be expressed. Neil was never without a smile, a good comeback, or a good story !
Neal and Nita was a team name, they both were one. Our fondest memories of earlier years were being at their home, going places with them, visiting over coffee and oh yes, crying on a shoulder now and then, as most newly weds do !! They gave great advice, great trust, and we were blessed to have our kids be friends together. I know he is pain free, and happy now in God's hands, but to be a bit selfish, Tioga lost one fine man, a wonderful husband to Anita and the best dad to his kids anyone could ask for. God be with you all. I will be with you in spirit at his funeral, it's the best I can do. We send our deepest condolences and love to you all. He will always be a great memory to anyone who met him !! He will leave a very empty hole in our hearts. Hugs and love ......................

Anita so sorry to hear from Pete that we had lost Neil. I was in Germany when he got there. I was there from 60 to 63. I was Regular Army and had a 3 year tour and got extended during the Berlin wall crisis. I have got a funny picture of Neil when we were all out on New Years eve. My best to you and the family. RIP Neil.

Between Mr. Kamps smile and the comments left by friends, he must have been a lot of fun to be around. May your feelings be the same as the Psalmist: “This is my comfort in my affliction, for your own saying has preserved me alive. I have remembered your judicial decisions from time indefinite, O Jehovah, and I find comfort for myself. May your loving-kindness serve, please, to comfort me, according to your saying to your servant.”?—Psalm 119:50, 52, 76. God's comforting sayings are to be found in his Word the Bible.
