Jennifer Lynn Huwe
July 12, 1979 - June 30, 2017

Place of Birth: Williston, ND
Residence: Williston, ND
Age: 37

Jennifer Lynn Huwe, 37, of Williston, ND, passed away Friday, June 30, 2017 in Trenton, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Williston is assisting the family.

Jennifer Lynn Huwe was born July 12th, 1979 in Williston, ND to Bonita (Bonny) and Kendal Huwe. Jennifer’s childhood was filled with happiness with many cousins, family, and friends. In her younger years she enjoyed vacations with her cousins, grandparents Lowell and Harriet Huwe, and her Best Bro Iryn P., as she called him. The great memories that they shared can still be enjoyed in the many photo albums that we now hold even more dear. Growing up as a kid Jen spent much of her time with her loving mother Bonny, Grandma Eva, cousins Stefphanie and Angela and many more cousins as well. She enjoyed dance, pageants and hanging out with her big brother and his friends.

In 1990, Bonny married Lonnie Falcon, and Jen gained another brother DeJay. They enjoyed many holidays, barbeques, and fun times together. Lonnie raised Iryn and Jenny like they were his own, always making sure they had what they needed, whether it was a vehicle, or just a hug. Jen resided in Trenton near Lonnie and her stepmom Avis and grandparents Sylvia and Lloyd Falcon. She shared many good memories with Avis’s children as well.

Jennifer had many friends who adored her, and they have very fond memories to hold in their hearts. Her childhood friends said that Jen had the best toys ever, especially her Barbie and doll collections. This was mostly due to her mom Bonny, who made sure her kids always had the best in life.

After graduation from WHS in 1998, Jen worked a few different jobs before settling in for many years in the Dietary Dept at Bethel Home, where she had many friends and coworkers who cared deeply for her.

I believe Jennifer’s heart broke the day her mom passed on. At such a tender age, Jen was never able to fully grieve. She had the bright smile of an angel and a heart of gold. Most people who know Jen will remember her smiling and being kind and gentle. But, behind her smile there was great sadness and pain that she endured. It brings us peace of mind, knowing that she has been reunited with her mom and grandparents.

There was nothing more important to Jen than her animals. Her cat Tigger and dog Charlie in particular. She had a great love for animals, and that love was shared by her mom who had even pursued her Vet Tech degree. Jen loved animals with all her heart, and took great care of them with the love and patience that they deserved. Unconditional love was something that Jen understood very well.

Jennifer had a good relationship with her younger sister Kendra who lives in Portland, and with their dad Kendal. I know Jennifer would have loved to spend more time getting to know her little sis.

Jenny was very sweet, kind and honest. She is survived by her brothers, Iryn (Naomi) Huwe and DeJay(Laura) Falcon; sister, Kendra Drake; dad, Lonnie(Avis) Falcon and dad, Kendal Huwe; grandpa, Lloyd(Sylvia) Falcon; and numerous aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews, Bonny, Sage, Finley, Josie, and Jacey.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Bonny Falcon; Eva and ‘Bud’ Oved; Lowell and Harriet Huwe; grandma, Sylvia (Lloyd) Falcon; uncles, Verlan (Barb) Huwe and Jerry(Geneva) Oved.

So sad to see this. I was Jennifer's Sixth Grade teacher. My husband Cary worked with Lonny at that time as well. I have so many fond memories of her. She had such a heart of gold!?? They are no words that I can say that express the knowledge of me knowing how you would feel in this difficult time. But the Bible gives us hope of the resurrection of the dead. In Revelation 21: 4 shows us that hope, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
