Robert Frank White Owl Sr., 21, of Mandaree, ND died as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Monday, October 17, 2016 east of New Town, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Watford City has been entrusted with arrangements.

Robert was born to Billie Walks and Keith White Owl Sr on March 5, 1995 in Watford City, ND. Robert lived his whole life in Mandaree, ND and attended school there.

Bob was always working construction and loved building things and helping ranching anywhere it was needed. Bob took after his father, Keith and was a good mechanic. If anyone needed help with their vehicles Bob was more than willing to fix it for them for the sheer joy of helping someone, and never took payment for any job.

Bob had one son with Ruby Lone Bear, Who’s name is Robert Jr. Whom he loved dearly and always talked about every chance he got.

Bob will always be remembered for his quick wit and ability to make people laugh no matter the circumstance.

Robert was very protective of his siblings. No matter what was going on between him and them, he would be the first to be standing by their side when they needed him.

Bob loved the outdoors. He could be seen walking all over with his headphones and a smile on his face.
He loved building models in his spare time.

Robert is survived by his father- Keith White Owl, Mother- Billie (Garcia) Walks, son Robert Jr., brothers- Keith (shaunece), Johnny White Owl, and sisters- Breanna (Tracey) White Owl, Shantell White Owl .

Proceeded in death by: Paternal grandmother Gladys Black Hawk and Auntie mom- Rachel Black Hawk, Sister- Jasmin White Owl
