Visitation
Wake services will be held at 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Water Chief Hall – Mandaree. Family and friends will gather at 3:00 PM on Sunday at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home in Watford City and leave for the wake services at 4:00 PM.

Service
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 24, 2016 at the Water Chief Hall – Mandaree.

Graveside Service
Burial will be in the White Owl Cemetery, Mandaree, ND

Jasmin Elizabeth Kay White Owl, 23, of Mandaree, ND died as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Monday, October 17, 2016 east of New Town, ND. Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home of Watford City has been entrusted with arrangements.

Jasmin was born to Billie Walks and Keith White Owl Sr. on Feb 22, 1993 in Watford City, ND. Jasmin lived her whole life in Mandaree and attended School there. She was currently attending NHSC to obtain her GED.

Jasmin worked various jobs from housekeeping, maintenance and bartending. She was always helping her family with cleaning their houses or any other various jobs that needed tending to. One of her passions was baking and prided herself on it.

Jasmin also enjoyed spending time with her family wherever they were and playing games with them or friends.

The light of her life was her son Rainbow Nehemiah Elijah White Owl whom she had with Bryon Grinnell.
Before moving on she met and married Mario White Mountain on Oct 9, 2016.

Jasmin is survived by: son- Rainbow White Owl, father-Keith White Owl Sr, mother- Billie (Garcia) Walks, brothers- Johnny, Keith Jr(Shaynece), Sisters – Breanna (Tracey), Shantell, maternal grandparents- Valerian and Mary Three Irons

Proceeded by: brother- Robert, Paternal Grandparents Gladys Black Hawk, Raymond Yellow Wolf Sr., husband- Mario White Mountain, aunties- Linda White Owl, Rachel Black Hawk, Claudia Vervalen
