Nancy Longtin, 59 of Williston, ND passed away Thursday, November 19, 2009 at her residence of apparent natural causes.
Nancy Frances Longtin was born December 30, 1949 in Walhalla, ND, the daughter of Paul and Iris (Siguaw) Longtin. Her family moved to the San Francisco Bay area where she was raised and educated. She married Ronald Beck and continued to live in the Bay area. They later divorced and to this union, two sons were born, Robert and Christopher. Nancy worked at an olive canning factory and a gardening nursery in the Bay Area. She later married Landen Livingston, they later divorced and to this union, one son, Landen Livingston, Jr. was born.
In the late 1990’s, Nancy moved to Williston where she was employed at the Bethel Lutheran Home in the Dietary Department until ill health forced her to retire. She has remained in Williston since.
Nancy is survived by her mother, Iris Longtin of Williston, ND; three sons, Robert Beck of Port Orchard, WA, Christopher (Carla) Beck of Wahpeton, ND and Landen (Melissa) Livingston, Jr. of Hamilton City, CA; three brothers, Paul (Leesa) Longtin of Corning, CA, Patrick Longtin of Columbus, NE and Philip Longtin of Williston, ND; one sister, Doris (Stan) Cooper of Orland, CA; grandchildren, Ronald Beck, Robert Beck, Tristan Beck, Breanna Beck, and Logan Livingston; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul and brother, Perry along with her grandparents.
