Service
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 7, 2009 in the Bethel Lutheran Home Chapel in Williston. Pastor Steve Anderson will officiate.

Judith Erickson, 94, of Williston, ND, formerly of rural Epping, ND, died Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at Bethel Lutheran Home in Williston, ND.

Judith was born January 1, 1915 at rural Epping, the daughter of Joseph and Lena (Timboe) Jorgenson, she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and was raised and educated in the Epping area, graduating from Epping High School in 1932.

On June 15, 1938, Judith was united in marriage to Clarence Erickson. They lived on the family farm, north of Epping for 42 years, where they raised their family, Hereford cattle and small grains. They retired in 1980 and moved to Williston. Clarence died on April 11 of this year. Judith enjoyed living at the Briarwood in Williston until her death.
She was a member of the Epping Lutheran church and was involved in A.L.C.W. and served on the Marshall Township board.

Judith enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting and raising vegetable and flower gardens.

She is survived by one son, Clifford (Donna) Erickson of Sturgis, KY; two daughters, Louise (Robert) Halseth of Epping, ND and Esther (Gary) Beazley of Bismarck, ND; five grandchildren, Judi Le Erickson of Kagel Canyon, CA, Tom (Rebekka) Halseth of Mount Rainier, MD, Cara (Pat) Seemann of Rogers, MN, Eric (Shawn) Beazley of Minneapolis, MN and Joe Halseth of Jamestown, ND; and two great-grandchildren, Elaina and Connor Seemann of Rogers, MN.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence; one sister, Ruth Jorgenson; and two brothers, Ralph and Gustav Jorgenson.
