Just heard the news this morning, what a shock. Lonnie was one of those special individuals. Remember watching him ride in Brockway and Richey. A true cowboy and gentleman, always removed his hat when being introduced to a lady. Will miss seeing him at the Wolf Point Stampede, always enjoyed the visit. Will put the spurs he made for me on tonight and drink a beer in remembrance. My thoughts and prayers to all of the family I know he will be truly missed.

Lonnie was a great man, and a true friend. I have a pair (actually two pair) of his spurs. I wear them very often, as the same holds true for my oldest son who wears the other pair. Sorry for your loss.

RIP I met Lonnie through Champs Lounge in Williston and became very good friends quickly. We always had benefits for many of our friends in the surrounding area with the Lindsey Brothers doing our auctions at the benefits! Lonnie always donated a pair of SPURS to be auctioned off for us or just to give as some of our door prises! Many many spurs, I'm not sure the number. I'm so saddened to hear of Lonnie's passing! God Bless, many SPURS will hold a lot memories for the cowboys who where them. I have a pair!

My family had known him for years, I've only had the pleasure of his acquaintance for the last 20+ years. Loved that guy - always quick with a joke, quick with a retort, and always headed to work. He was a person I considered a friend and I miss him. I'm sorry for your loss.
