Val and i send our love and prayers at this time of your dads passing. He was a very nice person and we enjoyed all the years of driving school bus with him and all the years at church worshipping along with him. He will be missed.

I was saddened by the news of Harlan’s passing. There is wisdom in knowing we do not understand the universe and all of life, death is one. May our Heavenly Father take you all in his arms for comfort as you journey through this catastrophic loss.
Your dad lived long enough to see his children grow up and to welcome future children of yours. Those should be blessed memories for you.
Harlan was one of the best neighbors one could ask for. Always willing to lend a hand and was so very honest. I will never forget his friendly wave while meeting him on the road.
When my mom was clearing her stuff out she gave Harlan some machinery. He wanted to know how much she wanted for it. Mom said nothing you can just have it. Even though he didn’t agree his face lite up with a big smile as he shook her hand with tears in his eyes said thank you! It was very hard to watch the sadness at the same time as he knew mom’s time was limited. They had been friends since childhood.
My heart feels your sorrow and pain during this difficult time. Sending comforting hugs and prayers to all.
