Kathy was a mentor of mine when I first started working at SHC. She was a terrific nurse and it was a big loss when she had to retire. Kathy always had a smile no matter how bad things were going. She will be missed by all that knew her. RIP Kathy.

My sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Kathy. The loss of our dear loved ones can be very difficult and distressing to cope with. It has helped myself and others when we remember that they now safely rest in the loving memory of our Grand Creator, waiting for the fulfillment of His promised purpose. So very sorry for your loss. She was very good to the EMT's in guiding us and sometimes just being a friendly face. She taught many of us how we could help in ER.

So hard to be saying goodbye to a classmate & good friend. Not only were we friends, but our parents were also friends. Kathy, you are going to leave such a empty spot in not only your families lives, but your friends as well! Prayers go out to the family of Kathy's and her best friend Debbie too!! Love to all!

What a shock! RIP dear friend. Having known you since we were kids, it was so fun to be on FB with you. I enjoyed your jokes, your love of family, your politics, recipes, and everything else. May your family find solace in the memories they share with each other. You will be missed. Hug your folks for me and enjoy being reunited with all who have gone before you.
